Eila is a member of Yu Song's original crew, and the only one to survive to see the second book.
Personality[]
All that is known of Eila is that she is as eager to please her captain as any of the other ladies he uses to crew his ships. She is utterly loyal to the maltese Tigrisian.
Appearance[]
Eila is a dusky brown lyonesse with lighter underfur. She has pale yellow eyes, a brown nose, and is slightly scruffy.[1]

In The Forges of Dawn[]
Although she is never actually named, Eila appears at the very end of Book I, as the Lyonesse to find Uhuru/Uru's Fyre Stone bracelet; all other members of the crew have drowned in the seeking of it.
In The Thousand Winters[]
She is set to appear in book II, presumably with a larger role.
